Here you can drill all the way down to the verbatim feedback to understand the full context.
- Click on the navigation bar, and select the Review tab.
Review the Feedback Summary for an overview of feedback returned, based on the filters selected.
Note that because one piece of feedback may have both positive and negative components, the sum of feedback is usually less than the positive and negative components combined. View full feedback to see feedback with both sentiments combined.
Review the verbatim feedback broken down by sentiment, based on the filters you have selected.
For each piece of feedback, you can see: The first four lines of the verbatim text (To view more, click the ... icon. Click outside of the box to revert back); The date the feedback was received; The channel category and channel the feedback came from; The product label associated with the feedback; The source of the feedback (customers, prospects, or internal employees); The email address of the source, if available; The topics associated with the feedback.
Filter your feedback to get to the bottom of issues and opportunities impacting your products.
- The filters at the top of the page function identically to those on the insights pages, and will carry over from other sections of Loop. For example, if you filter by product on the Insights page, that same product will stay filtered on the Feedback page.
- Clicking on Negative or Positive components of the summary bar also act as a filter for sentiment.
Search feedback for keywords to go a level deeper into understanding topic trends.
- Type the first few letters of the keyword you are looking for in the search bar. The search will auto-complete to make it easy to find words you may be looking for.
- The feedback summary will reflect the total amount of feedback returned with the keyword, which will be highlighted within the feedback text.
