Use Loop's quick and simple surveys to collect feedback from customers, prospects, or internal employees about specific products.

Click
on the navigation bar, and select the Collect tab.

Click
on the Loop Surveys button.

Select the product you would like to collect feedback about, and the source (the survey respondents you will be asking for feedback) and press Continue.

Note that for each combination of source and product, you can only have one active survey. You can manage existing surveys on the Manage Feedback page.

- Confirm the content you would like your audience to see when completing the survey, including product display name, survey introduction, and the option to require respondent e-mail address. Select Generate Survey Link.

Copy the survey link to share with your intended audience via e-mail, on your website, or even in your product.

The survey will include the product display name and introduction text entered in the survey creation process.
- Every survey includes the option to submit positive feedback, negative feedback, or both. Respondents only have to enter text in one of the fields to submit feedback.

Respondents will have the option to include their e-mail address on the form, unless you designate it as a requirement in the survey creation process.

Feedback you receive will post directly back to your Loop account. For future reference you can access or delete the survey in the Manage Feedback page.
