Collect feedback from online reviews

Online reviews are a great resource for tapping customer feedback.  It's easy to add products and review sites any time through Loop.

1. Click  on the navigation bar, and select the Collect tab.

2. Click   Online Reviews button. 

3. Search for products and   the online review sites you'd like to monitor for feedback.

   • Note you can only add new product online reviews here. Visit the manage page to update existing product subscriptions.
   • Feedback is estimated based on the most recent 24 months of reviews from the sites and products selected. 

4. Click Add Feedback.

   • This will add the actual feedback volume to your Loop account. Depending on the volume of online reviews added, this process may take several minutes.  
   • New reviews will be added as they become available, until the channel is deleted.
