Use filters to analyze specific areas of your feedback.
- Click
on the top left of the navigation bar.
- Select the Filters at the top of the page.
- Search filters to quickly find the option you're looking for.

- Select
the options you would like to see and click outside of the filter to initiate.
- Click the
on the chosen options to reset the filters to show all options.
- Filters will remain active throughout your session and will hold across Loop pages.
Products

- Filter by Products to view data for one or multiple products that you have signed up for.
- Options shown here will match the product labels defined on the Manage Feedback page.

Time Frame

- Filter by Time Frame to view data for a single time period.
- Options shown here are: Last 30 days, Last 3 months, Last 6 months, Last 12 months, Last 24 months, and All Time. Learn more about time frames.

Channels

- Filter by Channels to view data for one or multiple channels that you have signed up for with the ability to filter by file name for CSV and NPS Survey uploads.
- Options shown here are: Online Reviews, Surveys, File Upload, and NPS. Learn more about channels.
- Note: Some filters, such as Channels, provide a set of quick-access buttons at the bottom to connect and manage your feedback.
