Create actions

Actions are meant to track the strategic initiatives you have in place to address feedback trends for specific products.

1. Click on the ellipsis symbol located on the navigation bar any time you would like to create a new action. 

   

2. Type the desired name of your action.

   

3. Select the product and topic your action is addressing.

4. If creating an action for another user, search and select owner. 

5. Select desired action start date. This will default to the current day, but can be changed to start in the future or the past.

6. Select Create Action.
