Loop integrates with Salesforce. Using Loop's Salesforce data connector, you and your team can collect, analyze and take action on customer insights alongside feedback from other data sources.

What can I import from Salesforce?
You have the option to import and analyze from an array of opportunity data fields, including custom reports, from your Salesforce account.
Who can connect and import data between Salesforce and Loop?
Loop account administrators and account owners can initiate the Salesforce integration flow.
In order to successfully integrate Salesforce and Loop, you only need to have a Salesforce account with credentials to login.
How do I import my Salesforce data?
For new and existing users, integrating your Loop account with Salesforce is the same:
- Connect and authorize Salesforce to share your data with Loop
- Query your data based on feedback type (opportunity fields), date range and custom reports
- Map your Salesforce data to Loop fields
- Determine if you want Loop to perform sentiment analysis or map the fields to sentiment fields yourself
- Confirm — import your data!
New users and those adding multiple company accounts
Brand new users and existing users wishing to add additional company accounts will be prompted with the opportunity to integrate Salesforce during the on-boarding process as shown in the following image:
Existing users that wish to integrate Salesforce after the on-boarding process can do so at any time through the Feedback Collect section of Loop.
