Manage Topics

Go even deeper into trends in your feedback with topics unique to your organization. In addition to automatically tagging topics coming out of your feedback with NLP, you can create your own custom topics that tag text based on keyword rules. As our AI engine learns from your rules, we will predict more granular insights over time.

1. Select Manage Topics from the navigation bar overlay.
2. Use the Manage Topics Flyout to manage the structure of your topics and keyword rules.
3. Add, edit and remove keywords to automate topic tagging based on new feedback that comes in.
4. Create advanced logic to tag feedback with topics that contain some keywords, but not others.
