LoopVOC helps teams make the most out of customer feedback by automatically analyzing text for topics and sentiment.
You can now use Zapier to send feedback to LoopVOC from over four thousand applications, without writing any custom integrations or code! (Note: If you do want to integrate directly with our API, check out our developer page here.)
With Zapier, you can create triggers to send feedback data directly to LoopVOC.
For example, if you have feedback stored in a Google sheet, you can create a Zapier trigger to send that feedback directly to LoopVOC whenever a new row is created.
You can also use Zapier to send pre-labeled customer emails to LoopVOC for analysis, analyze survey responses in LoopVOC automatically, or even trigger insights from Slack channels to feed into LoopVOC. The possibilities are endless!
Here's how you can send data from other solutions to LoopVOC using Zapier.
Log into Zapier and select the application that you would like to use to send data to LoopVOC.
Zapier will ask you to authorize access to your account and identify which areas of the solution you'd like to pull data from.
For example, if you want to send feedback data stored in Google Sheets, you can select Google sheets for your Trigger.
Connect your LoopVOC account and create an action to send feedback from your application to LoopVOC.
To connect with LoopVOC, you will need to enter your API key (located here) and request a subdomain from support@loopvoc.com.
Note: In order to access the API key required for connecting Zapier, you must be on the LoopVOC Enterprise plan.
Map LoopVOC’s data fields to the data fields in your solution.
Your data will map based on the fields you have set up in LoopVOC. You can access these fields in LoopVOC here.
Fields that are required in LoopVOC must be mapped. These include:
- Text: The feedback you would like to send to LoopVOC for analysis
- Date: The date the feedback was received
The Sentiment field is how you can select the method you would like LoopVOC to use for sentiment analysis. If left blank, we will automatically use the predict method of sentiment classification.
- Positive applies to any feedback that is already known to be positive in sentiment.
- Negative applies to any feedback that is already known to be negative in sentiment.
- Neutral applies to any feedback that is already known to be neutral in sentiment.
- NPS uses an NPS score associated with the feedback to predict sentiment.
- Predict uses natural language processing models to predict sentiment.
All other fields map directly to the custom fields you have set up in LoopVOC. If you’d like more data to flow into LoopVOC, simply add more custom fields in LoopVOC here.
Turn on your Zap, and watch the data seamlessly flow into LoopVOC!
